Asbestos can be found in floor and ceiling tiles, drywall and drywall tape, cement, boilers, insulation products, and many other building materials. Schools MUST, according to law, know where these asbestos products are located, must have them labeled, and should offer a map available to the general public that shows the location of any toxic materials within each school building.

Our goal is to provide a voluntary, self-regulatory, compliance organization that brings together all stake holders and provides avenues to keep children and school staff safe from the hazards of asbestos and assist with the disposal of asbestos in schools prior to it becoming an airborne hazard. How do we work

We start with a discovery call and then will visit your location for a free management plan audit and/or environmental audit.  Our goal is to ensure that you are in compliance and up to date. In the event that is not the case we will provide a list of the needed steps and assist you with them.

Schools have historically had AHEREA compliance issues since Covid in 2019. The EPA and Congress have taken notice of this and additional oversight and regulations regarding AHERA compliance have been passed.  Working with the AHERA Compliance Council of America will help to ensure that your students and staff are safe and that your school maintains compliance.
